HR assistant
In 2019, I started working at Royal Berry as a production employee. Although the start was not easy, I quickly found my place in the new environment. Thanks to my commitment and eagerness to learn, I gained the trust of my supervisor over time. This opened up new opportunities for my development and career advancement. Currently, I work as an HR assistant. I support recruitment processes, address current personnel issues, and help organize transport and housing. I ensure efficient communication between the HR department and the employees. An important part of my job is also to oversee compliance with health and safety regulations – I want every employee to feel safe and comfortable. This job requires empathy, patience, good organization, and resilience to stress. These are qualities I have been able to develop and that today form my strength. Working at Royal Berry gives me the confidence that what I do matters.
