Since March 2025, I have been working at Royal Berry, an organization where I experience the value of collaborating with people from diverse cultures and various roles every day. At Royal Berry, nearly everything is arranged internally – from picking strawberries to quality control and technical work. In my role, I focus on the well-being and development of all employees. I am involved in organizing training, discovering and utilizing talents, recruiting new colleagues, and – equally importantly – listening to our employees. Their ideas, concerns, and feedback form an essential basis for further improvement. Additionally, I actively engage in optimizing processes that contribute to the personal development of employees and a future-oriented HR policy. What motivates me is the shared drive within Royal Berry; everyone is committed to growing together, improving processes, and ultimately delivering the best strawberries to the customer. It is inspiring to see how much energy and commitment there is within the team – that makes my work valuable every day.
