I came with dreams and desires that I never thought would come true. Now I take care of the people I work with and who are dear to me every day. I started as a picking employee and have been very ambitious from the start to achieve good results. My wish to grow stronger became increasingly powerful. First, I became an assistant team leader, then a team leader, and currently I work as a location leader for greenhouses. I am incredibly proud of myself and what I have achieved.
