“Since 2013, I have been working for Royal Berry. I come from a true gardening family. The most special thing about strawberries, I think, is the scent. The scent of a basket in the kitchen, the scent of a whole greenhouse full of red strawberries, the scent of a greenhouse full of strawberry flowers! We taste strawberries all day long, and from the flavor, we can tell if the plant is happy. The happier it is, the sweeter the strawberry. Where necessary, we adjust. At Royal Berry, we work together towards a sustainable future. For people, products, and the environment. The next 5 years will focus on realizing a brand new accommodation location for our employees due to the enormous growth. Additionally, we continue to focus on further developing our sustainable energy. We are ambitious, think from opportunities, and navigate with our own strength. Every day we try to do a little better than yesterday; that is our goal.”
