In 2020, I started at the company, where I initially worked in the mini-air department and was involved in assembling solar structures. At the beginning of 2021, I transitioned to the greenhouse, where I worked with the strawberries. My tasks included picking and assisting in organizing the work in the greenhouse. Through intensive collaboration with Polish colleagues, I learned the Polish language during this period. In 2022, I got the opportunity to advance to a coordinating position at the office. Since then, I have been responsible for managing employees and organizing daily tasks. I derive a lot of satisfaction from my work, especially from supporting colleagues. When employees encounter challenges, they know how to find me, and I try to come to a suitable solution with them. I am flexible and can be deployed in various situations. If my office tasks allow it, I help out in the greenhouse and assist where needed.
