“Since January 2025, I have been working as a cultivation specialist at Royal Berry. In this role, I am co-responsible for the cultivation within Royal Berry. My tasks include setting and optimizing the climate and irrigation, as well as ensuring responsible and effective crop protection. What appeals to me most about this work is the daily challenge of continuously improving cultivation and achieving better results. My goal is to strive for top performance in cultivation together with the team, so that we can provide the consumer with a healthy, flavorful, and high-quality strawberry!”
