In our modern and sustainable greenhouses, we package and market over 15 million kilos of flavourful sustainably grown strawberries each year, mainly for retail customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Your role:
• Structured, precise and quality-oriented. • Decisive, strong communicator and capable of leading a small team. • Resilient under pressure and good at prioritising. • Able to work independently, but also collaborate when necessary. • Flexible; not confined to a 9-to-5 mentality.
Your tasks:
• Managing, improving, and making the quality system future-proof. • Together with the location leaders and quality staff, you form a close-knit team. • Clearly and timely communicate with all relevant departments and stakeholders. • Preparing, guiding, and following up on internal and external audits. • Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues. • Working closely with the KCB. • Identifying deviations or bottlenecks and developing appropriate solutions. • Setting objectives and quality goals in consultation with your supervisor. • Working with forms, registrations, and company-specific software. • An important connecting role towards our label department. • Being involved in quality aspects regarding employee housing. • Working within the frameworks of our certifications: GRASP, GLOBALG.A.P., BRC, AKF, and Tesco.
What are you bringing?
Your profile Knowledge and experience • Minimum of HBO work and thinking level. • Experience with administrative and quality-related tasks. • Proficiency in German and English is a plus.
