Royal Berry would like to create a residential park on the border of Arnhem and Huissen, in the horticultural area NextGarden.
In a presentation to the municipality of Lingewaard, text and explanations were provided about the plans.

Jan van Genderen finds it important to offer employees a pleasant living situation.
On the 4-hectare plot, alongside residences, recreational facilities will also be developed.
A nature reserve will be created on the west side.

A home is important for everyone, especially if you have been working somewhere for a long time.

The plan is to realize 180 apartments in different residential blocks. 

In a central hall, amenities would be provided for relaxation and sports.
Non-employees would also be able to make use of the sports facilities.
